Are OSMO products suitable for all hair types?
Yes – OSMO offers a wide range of products for different hair needs including dry, damaged, coloured, and curly hair. Check the product descriptions to find the right fit for your hair type.
Can I use OSMO products on chemically treated or coloured hair?
Absolutely! Many of our products, especially the Colour Save range, are designed specifically to protect and enhance coloured hair.
Are your products sulphate-free or paraben-free?
Many OSMO products are sulphate-free and paraben-free, but we recommend checking the individual product descriptions for specific formulations.
Do your styling products contain heat protection?
Yes – products like Thermal Defence, Straight Fluid and Straighten Up all include heat protection.
COLOUR & TONER
What’s the difference between OSMO Colour Revive and OSMO Colour Toning products?
Colour Revive is a conditioning colour mask designed to refresh and revive hair colour in between salon visits. Toning products like Cool Blonde are created to neutralise unwanted yellow or brassy tones, especially in blonde or grey hair.
Can I use the Colour Revive range on natural (non-dyed) hair?
Yes! Colour Revive works on both natural and coloured hair. On natural hair, it may give a more subtle tint depending on your hair's porosity and starting shade.
How long do the results last?
Toning and colour-refreshing results usually last up to 6–8 washes, depending on your hair type, how often you shampoo, and what products you use.
Will toning products make my hair purple?
Toning products like Cool Blonde Shampoo are designed to neutralise yellow tones, not turn your hair purple. However, leaving them on for too long - especially on very light hair - can cause a slight purple tint. Start with 1-3 minutes and adjust based on your desired result.
How often should I use a toner or colour refresh product?
We recommend using a toner once or twice a week to maintain brightness and tone. Colour Revive masks can be used as needed-usually once a week to top up your colour.
Do I need to wear gloves when applying Colour Revive?
Yes, we recommend wearing gloves during application as the pigments can temporarily stain your hands or nails.
Will Colour Revive work on dark hair?
Darker hair may not show the colour as vividly, but you'll still get a conditioning treatment and possibly a slight colour boost or tonal shift, especially under light.
Can I mix shades of Colour Revive?
Absolutely! Feel free to experiment and mix shades to create your own custom tones.
Will your colour or toner stain my bathroom or towels?
Some staining is possible - especially with vibrant shades. We recommend rinsing carefully and avoiding contact with porous surfaces.

Yes, OSMO is proudly cruelty-free. We do not test on animals.

Can I track my order?
Yes – once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via email. If you haven’t received it, check your junk folder or contact our support team.
I entered the wrong address – can I change it?
If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we can usually amend the address. Contact us as soon as possible at help@osmohair.co.uk.
Can I cancel or amend my order once it’s placed?
We’ll do our best to help, but due to fast processing, we can’t guarantee changes once an order has been confirmed. Get in touch with us ASAP if you need to make a change.

Do you offer free samples or testers?
We don’t currently offer samples, but keep an eye out for promotions where gifts with purchase or minis may be included.
Can I use more than one discount code?
Only one discount code can be applied per order, and codes cannot be combined with other promotions unless stated otherwise.
Why is my discount code not working?
Our discount codes cannot be used on any of our sets, duos or gift sets. If this is not the issue, please contact our team at help@osmohair.co.uk.

What delivery options do you offer?
We currently offer Standard UK Delivery via courier service. Standard delivery typically takes 2–4 working days from dispatch.
How much does delivery cost?
Standard UK Delivery: £3.99
Free UK Delivery: Available on orders over £30
Do you offer next day delivery?
We do not currently offer next day delivery, but we’re working on expanding our delivery options in future.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed before 10am on working days are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time or over the weekend will be dispatched the next working day.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes – once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Be sure to check your junk/spam folder just in case!
What if my order hasn’t arrived?
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery window, please allow an extra day or two during peak periods. If you’re still waiting, feel free to contact our customer service team and we’ll be happy to help.
Do you deliver internationally?
We currently only offer delivery within the UK. However, we are looking into international shipping options – stay tuned!
