Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. The promoter and promotion period

1. The promoter is BEAUTY SOLUTIONS LIMITED, company registration number SC 216158 ("we", "us"), trading as OSMO.
2. The OSMO Halloween Trick or Treat promotion ("the Promotion") opens at 00:00 BST on 5 October 2026 and closes at 23:59 GMT on 31 October 2026. Entries received after the closing time will not be accepted.
3. By entering the Promotion, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. How to enter and who can enter

1. To enter, visit the Promotion page at osmohair.co.uk/pages/trick-or-treat, choose either "Trick" or "Treat", enter your email address and submit the form.
2. No purchase is necessary to enter. Every valid entry receives one reward.
3. The Promotion is open to UK residents aged 18 or over. Employees of the promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
4. Entry is limited to one per customer. See section 5 for what happens if this limit is broken.

3. The rewards

1. Entrants who choose "Treat" receive 20% off their next order. The 20% discount cannot be used on sets, gift cards or discounted products. Code has one use and expires 3 days from issue.
2. Entrants who choose "Trick" receive one of the mystery rewards below, allocated at random. The reward is shown on screen after entry and sent to the email address entered.
   
   (a) Free shipping: free standard UK delivery on your next order. Code has one use and expires 3 days from issue.
   
   (b) £3 off: requires a minimum spend of £10. Code has one use and expires 3 days from issue.
   
   (c) A free mini shampoo: requires a minimum spend of £10. Code has one use and expires 3 days from issue.
3. Minimum spend is calculated on the value of qualifying products in the basket before delivery charges.
4. Rewards have no cash value, are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other reward.

4. Using your code

1. Each code can be used once, on one order, by the customer it was issued to.
2. All codes expire 3 days from the date of issue. Codes not used within this period will no longer be valid.
3. Codes can only be redeemed at osmohair.co.uk and cannot be used in store, on Amazon or with any other retailer.
4. Codes cannot be combined with any other offer, promotion or discount code, and cannot be used on products that are already discounted.
5. If an order using a code is returned, refunds will be based on the price actually paid after the discount. The code will not be reissued.

5. Multiple entries

1. The Promotion is limited to one entry and one reward per customer. This applies whether a customer enters using one email address or several.
2. If we reasonably believe a customer has entered more than once, including by using multiple or false email addresses, all codes issued to that customer will be voided without notice.
3. We reserve the right to cancel any order placed using a voided code, or to request payment of the discount applied.
4. Entries made using automated software, bulk submissions or by third parties on behalf of others are invalid.

6. Your email address and data

1. By entering, you agree to receive marketing emails from OSMO, including your reward and future news and offers.
2. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any of our emails. Unsubscribing will not affect a reward already issued.
3. Your personal data will be used in line with our Privacy Policy. We will never sell your details to third parties.

7. Changes, cancellation and general terms

1. We reserve the right to change, suspend or cancel the Promotion, or these terms, at any time and without notice.
2. We are not responsible for entries or emails that are lost, delayed or not received, including emails filtered into spam or promotions folders.
3. Our decision on any matter relating to the Promotion is final.
4. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
